I will add a review once I have actually visited but, I had to comment on the above review. Are you serious? I have a 9 and almost 11 yr old that I am confident would be very careful with animals at this establishment..but, that is not always the case. And, I imagine it may have to do with being able to hold them accountable should they act recklessly with a pet. Regardless, it's a rule and they have their reasons for it. You give them a negative review for not letting your child hold a pet? To anyone looking for a place to shop for pet care, I will be visiting this place this weekend. I will try to write an honest, helpful review based on professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness and other relevent factors. Nothing like smearing the name of a new business over an opinion which has nothing to do with the purpose of the establishment. It's not a petting zoo!

well i think that the puppy store awsome but theres just one problem: you must be16 years or older to hold a pup. I know that a seven year old and younger could drop but 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, 14, and 15 year old wouldn' t drop it.
