Stay away from this place, full of slimy salesman that lie cheat and steal, they use every trick in the book, typical car dealer slimeballs, worst experience ever and got threatened by the manager, who I am bringing to court, complete nightmare, stay awwwwaaayyy SCUM

Dear mr. kelly,

I am writing you today to thank you and your staff for a wonderful buying experience as well as how well you took care of me after the sale.



Let me explain, first i was a little top heavy in my truck with a couple of bumps in my credit. I wanted to get into a luxury car and the deal was going nowhere. You stepped in and made this deal work.



The next day i picked up my mercedes benz and shortly after i picked it up it had an electrical issue. I brought it back to your dealership and immediately Brian took it in to look at. While i was waiting, my son got hurt at school, while i was still on the phone with the school, my salesman Larry and his manager Paul got plates put on a car so if i needed to leave i had a way to get there. Just that would have made the experience of purchasing from you amazing that you cared so much, but it continues.



Being a mercedes the electrical issue was a challenge and you took care of me. While the car was out of commission you ensured i had transportation, transportation you usually dont supply, to do my job. You also ensured i had transportation to go to Paris Island, South Carolina to see my grandsons graduation as a Marine.



I did not have to ask you for anything, you offered everything. You sold me a wonderful car, you stood by your sale, you took care of me while the car was being serviced.



You have a great organization and again I thank you. Please feel free to use me as a reference.

Dont go here, this place took a deposit from me and refused to give it back, I am having to struggle with an attorney to fight for money that is already mine. worst car buying place ever

Okay, I never do this, but honestly, I am SO IMPRESSED with the level of Customer Service that I've received at Auto Wholesalers not once but every single time I deal with them.



I recently purchased a Ford F350 from Rich who took the time to LISTEN. Then didn't waste my time haggling. When are you not in a dealership all day when you purchase a vehicle? Only when you go to Auto Wholesalers! I told him what I wanted, what I could afford and he did what he could and made it happen.



I had a few issues with the truck and I have to say that Service continues LONG after the sale.



I had trouble with my 4WD right after the first snowfall. Ben met me in the lot, seated me in the waiting area and in one half hour he came and got me, took me on a drive to show me the complete steps to using the 4WD on the F350 as it differed from my Jeep. Then he politely wished me well and sent me on my way.



Even the owner stopped into see me in the waiting room when I've been there, asked how I was, if I needed anything, what the problem was. AMAZING Customer Service!!!!!



I guess it goes without saying that I refer all of my friends, family and work associates to Auto Wholesalers. As for me, I will never do business with any other Dealership....EVER!



Thanks, Auto Wholesalers for having top notch Sales and Service Staff who really know what Quality Customer Service is all about. I Love my F350! It's not the first truck I've purchased with you guys and it won't be the Last!

Make Sure you do not Use this Company!

I have been back and forth with Auto Wholesalers Of Hooksett Sense July 16th. They had a self admitted system error and never posted 5 of my payments, And Refused to correct or rectify the repossession itself even though pending complaints have been filed both with the BBB and the ATTorney General's office! they lie and break their own contracts they write up for the consumer to sign to!
