Terrible service. I got my carpets cleaned and they smelt like mold after they had been "dried." They didn't even smell like mold to begin with. He said he would rewash them. It took him a week of saying they were going to be here and not getting here. FINALLY he came again to wash the carpets. HE still didn't do a good job. I feel like my carpets were worse than they were before I hired service master. In the end I hired Servpro to finish the job.
