I have been training and getting results for clients for over 25 years and I also practice what I preach I love what I do and I try to make fitness fun for the clients. If something is fun you will want to do it well on a regular basis and that goes hand in hand with getting results I also educate clients on safe and effective techniques for all exercise, proper food intake for their specific goal and least amount of cardio necessary to reach goal.
