Our Association uses A J Blosenski for trash removal and recycling and I very pleased with the service. I have put out many trash cans at a time with no complaints. I have called in several times for bulk pickup and they are always pleasant and helpful . I recently called to get a dumpster ( didn't even call around) for getting rid of my old fence. Hey take a look at how clean the trucks look and then look at the other companies,that should tell you the pride A J Blosenski has in there company. I don't know anyone at this company but I think they do a great job.

A flyer stated an attractive, quarterly rate for residential service. Guaranteed for three years. I looked over their website, then emailed the sales rep with some questions. Once I had answers, I asked for an account to be setup. The sales rep wanted my phone number to make an appointment. A contract needed to be signed to create the account. I asked the rep to email me a copy to look over first. Two days go by. I contacted another service provider. The first question I asked, was a contract required? They said not for residential service. Third day, the rep replies with an attachment. Some story about how busy they were signing up my neighbors. The attachment had two pages. First was a fill in the blank; name, address, start date, size/type of container to be provided. Filled in by the rep. Some fine print at the bottom. Second page was a Terms of Service Agreement contract. The most blurry PDF I ever saw!! Even at 134%!!

Replied to the email. Change subject line and apologized for changing my mind. Then called the contract 'illegible.'

The next morning, the "very busy" sales rep writes back stating their disappointment and suggested I cross out any part of the contract I didn't agree with. Initial, sign and return.

The rep must have thought that I meant illegal not unreadable.

I have no direct experience with the service this company provides. Wanted some. Think this could have been handled better by the rep. Flyer never mentioned a contract was required to receive quoted rate. I see their cans along a lot of roads. I'm sure plenty would have nice things to say.
