Fireplace store installed two fireplaces 3 years ago. They came to service them last week. Jerry did a fabulous job on our fireplaces. They look brand new. I can't say anough about the kind and courteous service. They show up when they say they will and follow up after installation to be sure you are happy and all is working well. I would recommend them to anyone considering installation or service. Bobby at the front desk in the office takes care of everything with excellence in customer service.

Gary changed his schedule to work with me, and get my chimney installed before the winter. We really appreciate his dedication. The work was terrific too. We got a superior product at the lowest price around. Very satisfied customers.
