We were VERY DISSATISFIED! We reserved a 21 foot pontoon boat to celebrate Mother's Day as a family. When we arrived we were told that we were "upgraded at no charge" to a larger boat. We got down to the dock and to our unpleasant surprise, our "upgrade" was to a pontoon boat with chairs on it instead of any benches. It looked like a barge with lawn chairs. My husband went back in and kindly explained that we have 3 small children and this style was not what we reserved, nor would it work for our family. They did not care and did absolutely nothing to try and make things right with us. They did refund our money since there was no way we were going on that boat. They never once asked if there was anything they could do to make us happy. A phone call in advance would have been nice as well to let us know about this change before we drove all the way there. The boat we reserved was broken the day before, so advance notice was certainly an option. There appeared to be many other boats on the property as well. We ended up renting from Homosassa Riverside Resort. They were very kind, clean boats, and it ended up being less money!!!!

INFERIOR UNDER POWERED EQUIPMENT. CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT- WHEN TRIED TO EXPLAIN WE WERE 30 MIN LATE DUE TO VERY SLOW BOAT AND HAVING TO STOP COUNTLESS TIMES TO CLEAN OUT OUTDRIVE PACKED WITH WEEDS-* SO NOT TO CAUSE THEIR MOTOR TO BE DAMAGED-WE GOT BACK 30 MIN LATE AND CHARGED US $60.00 EXTRA LATE FEE !!! WHEN WE ARGUED ABOUT THE POOR INFERIOR BUSINESS PRACTICE-SHE CALLED THE SHERIFF . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO WORSE ENEMY!!!!
