Recently i took my dogs there. My yorkie needed shots and rottie had trouble walking. my rottie was very old and not doing well.The vet was very patient and caring. He Helped us make an informed decision considering my dogs quality of life and age. the staff was very helpful and supportive. I will recommend this place to friends

Very knowledgeable vet, professional and friendly staff . I like the way that they are up front with pricing so there are no surprises and I also like how the prices are clearly listed on there website. I recommend this vet to everyone who wants quality care at affordable prices.

I've had animals for all my life I've never has such a bad vet experience. The office is extremely dirty, didn't look like anyone cleaned ever! Animal hair all over the waiting room chairs and floors. Dirt and animal hair all over examining room table and floors. They didn't clean the table before putting our animal on table or scale. Vet pushed expensive unnecessary testing and in room less than 5 minutes, he had his office girls do the rest (one very nice (Crystal) 1st visit, one rude 2nd visit). The testing we did do took almost two weeks for results instead of the one to two days we were told, they never called us about the results, we had to chase them and "every time" we called we were told the vet was in surgery, we were definitely being blown off. Then the results showed that our animal didn't have what the vet already medicated and charged for but now needed new meds + the cost of another office visit. When problem from new meds came up, vet wouldn't talk with us and girl would only relay our concerns / questions and had a rude attitude about it. Vet wanted to re-do original test at my cost + the cost of another office visit + more meds. When we said we wouldn't come back in a 3rd time for the original problem the girl said "good" and hung up on us. Went to another vet, one office visit problem fixed!

I have only had the most positive experiences at HAH since Dr. Singh took over. He really cares about my animals. He calls ME to check on them. That is very caring in my book.

Dr.Singh is amazing. What a wonderful, thoughtful and compassionate Vet. I have taken my 3 Golden Retrievers to him. He is our regular Vet now. He genuinely cares about my pets. He does not suggest tests, meds or anything else just for the sake of charging you. The staff is polite and pleasant.I am a canine behavior consultant and look at many aspects of choosing a Vet for my furry children. I asked a lot of questions and visited with Dr.Singh before making the decision to have him care for my precious babies. He has impressed me at every visit. He is thorough,kind, discusses the situation and will never rush you out of there. I am so glad that we have him in Homewood. I am thrilled to recommend him to my clients.

Homewood Animal Hospital and Dr. Singh are wonderful. I was not sure I would continue on there after the Huizengas left, but once I met Dr. Singh, I really liked his style. He explained everything to me thoroughly about my animals, and he is very knowledgeable about veterinary medicine and techniques. I'm in there weekly as I have several animals and I find his prices very reasonable for the area.

I took my cat here to get a few things checked out. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and understanding. She is really going to be a good vet some day The primary doctor there is very professional and efficient but the backup doctor Crystal was a total pissoff. She seemed more concerned about clocking out than answering my questions. Also noticed she never washed her hands after handling equipment used on the animals. EW. But overall I would come back.

Worst experience ever. The front desk woman seemed nice. I almost wish SHE were the one handling my dog. The short haired woman who was the tech talked so fast, I couldn't even begin to understand her, and she and the dr. seemed more concerned with each other and giggling than my pet. Quite annoying. I'll bet the vet has no animals of his own. If you're looking for an animal clinic, I'd say to go elsewhere.
