I needed my Samsung Refrigerator icemaker fixed. Not a lot of companies around service Samsung appliances. I was nervous because I have all Samsung appliances. This company fix it 1st came highly recommended by Samsung as Authorized servicer. The technician was on time and professional and knew what he was doing. He went straight to the problem. My frig had stopped making ice and he pulled my ice bin out and saw that it wasn't making but few cubes of ice. Then he opened up my freezer he did something and all I know is my refrigerator is making Ice again. Thank you, thank you, fix it 1st I will be sure to recommend you all.

tech was out; fixed my refrigerator; did an excellent job, Bob is a great guy once the fan kicked on it started freezing, bob was very knowledgeable overall im satisfied with everything

I googled this company; I'm so glad that I did! I have a fairly new washer Amana which started leaking. Fix it first sealed it and cleaned it up for me. Thank You again Mcginty

This business is completely unprofessional! My washer has been malfunctioning. The technician, Tim, came to do a diagnostic visit. He did not find a problem, but my washer was having the same problems after his visit.



I tried to call them back multiple times within the next couple of weeks in order to have Tim come back out and reevaluate my washer. The $60 I paid for the diagnostic visit was supposed to be applied to a future visit as long as it was within 30 days. I called and called, and they never returned my calls to schedule another appointment. So, they basically stole my $60 and my washer still does not work properly.



I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card, but somehow I still had to pay! I do not mind paying for good service, but I DO mind wasting my money and not having a fixed washer. And there is NO excuse for them being unprofessional and not returning my calls for appointments.

Good Service!!! You sent the Tech name Jeff out to fix my refrigerator. He was timely, polite; He was very detailed; I didn't understand but he broke it down in English for me because I am a woman and I don't know anything about refrigerator repair. So I just want to Thank you guys for the good service

30 mins late. Took over and hour once he arrived and couldn't remove the screw for the washing machine. He tried drilling a whole and it still didn't work. So 60 bucks spent for nothing.

I just want to compliment the guy you sent out Tim; he took care of the problem with my refrigerator in a timely manner. He even cleaned up behind the refrigerator & put it back. Im the type of guy that will call and give a complaint. I just want to give a compliment when its due. Good job; timely fashion:

I just used your service for my Maytag washer. I have to say that Tim was awesome! What a great experience calling your company, and placing a service call. My mom was out of town and my dad what we thought broke the Washer machine (Top loader!! ) I googled appliance repair checked the ratings.. And was confident with them all.. My dad was like im just going buy a washer.. I'm like dad no let's call somebody over first!! WE DID WE CALL THIS COMPANY FIX IT FIRST.. They came as scheduled .. Only thing was wrong with the washer was out of balance threw the tub ..he moved it over replace the door with part that fell off.. He charges 59.00 that's -alll Oppose to a 699.00 new washer.. BOY OH BOY DID THAT SAVE MY FAMILY SOME MONEY!!! Thanks GUYS YOU ROCK ... I recommend Them!! Anyone who needs an appliance fixed; dont buy a new one until you call these guys. They are good, stand by their work & warranty and all the guys are great

Yesterday I called Sears who i have a warranty with to service my Window Air conditioner! They told me that they were going to have a representative to call me back. I waited over 2 hours still no call. I called them back and told them that it is extremely hot outside and that we have small children here; and that we need service right away. They had somebody who couldn't speak good English call me back and they said that they can send someone out in two weeks. That was unacceptable. I went to Ultra food to buy something and as i was leaving I found a flyer from Fix it 1st appliance services on the wall; i gave them a called and told them about my urgent service request. They told me that they could have a technician out in my area between 3 to 5 pm. I said today! He said yes! The technician came just as they said: Even though when they came to fix my window air conditioner they found that my compressor was gone out; they still came right away same day and they were very nice and helpful. I will be calling them again

Happy Customer! My friend told me about fix it 1st. I have an old washer by Montgomery Ward. I was about to throw it out but she said call fix it 1st. I am so glad I did. Fix it 1st saved me alot of money. The technician came in, found the problem, 10 minutes resolved my problem. The price was reasonable; I am one Happy Lady.

Thanks Fix it 1st for fixing both of my appliances in a timely manner. Your Tech figured out the problem with my Air Conditioner and my Washer. I was about to get a new Air Conditioner but you all saved me a lot of money. So Thanks again

great experience May 26, 2012 I had to tell this! I found some advertising for Fix it 1st in my mailbox. I tried them out; schedule an appointment for my dryer. Fix it 1st sent the nicest Tech(Jeff) I had ever experienced working with. Not only was he nice he was knowledgeable. When he fixed my Dryer Jeff gave my wife and I some helpful future tips. Were glad fix it 1st is in business. Thanks fix it 1st:)

I needed my oven repaired for my special day. I called a friend and they gave me Fix it 1st number. I told them that it was an emergency and that i needed the work done today and they sent a Tech within 2hours I was back up and running again. I'm telling ALL my friends because Fix it 1st kept there word and took good care of me :)

I just want to take the time out to say thank you to Fix it 1st for a wonderful job. You guys were professional, on time and the cost was perfect. My experience you guys could not go unmentioned. They came out as a second opinion for my built in microwave that the other company couldn't fix. The technician was so professional and knowledgeable; He took it apart found out what the problem was, got the part and I was up and running again. So Thanks again Fix It 1st........Mrs. J Luwinski

BEWARE!! Awful company! My first bad review of a service company. I wouldn't use, FIX IT 1ST (Indiana/Homewood), or refer any business to them. What you think you will save in a service call you will pay for in slow service, the hyped up part charge and the unprofessional service!



My first appt for Front Load Washer repair, was a no show. But I allowed them to come the next day. I should have took this as a sign!! Then servicer said he fixed the F 02 problem, removing a sock from rubber liner. After he left, I ran a cycle, Same problem. I called back, they gave me the run around for a week. Gave me a hefty part estimate, I was told would be faxed, which wasnt. This company will leave you hanging! BEWARE of FIX IT 1ST.



Nevertheless, I called another technician/company, who promptly came out as scheduled, assessed the problem in 10mins and fixed it within 30mins of being in my home, replacing the drain pump. No questionable prices. Just Great Warrentied Service. Thanks SEARS HOME REPAIR!
