Beware!!!! Don't hire this guy!!! Mario Pollice is a deadbeat crook!! My parents live in Pittsburgh and they hired this guy to rebuild their concrete steps, and he took the down payment and ran. Mr. Pollice never showed up to perform the work, and doesn't return phone calls. We ended up having to take him to small claims court to try to get the down payment back. We won the case, but have yet to see a dime. Look up the Marvana Construction rating on the Better Business Bureau site (http://www.bbb.org). This company has an "F" rating. We should have done this before we hired him. Lesson learned.
