Terrible management! The young girls they hire here are clueless about the work! They are completely knowledge-less and depend on the manager Diego every time they have an issue. Problem is Diego does not have time for every caller so he does not return calls nor tend to the customers. The girls are just wasting resources there. These high school girls need to be removed from this location. I am going back to metro pcs
