Provided by YP.comWe purchased a three piece window a few months ago and have been trying to get assistance from Larry at Lakeshore glass in how it is installed. He has sent two different "techs" that both agreed the instructions weren't correct and the second set agreed with me that the window was assembled incorrectly. He was going to report his findings to Larry and then Larry was to call me with a solution. Larry never called. I called them and Larry never called back. I guess it is hard to get good service is this small town but this is ridiculous. We won't be buying anything else from this company.
