My wife & I walked in to get a new set of glasses and the place did seemed to be busy. After choosing the new set of glasses I asked a lady for assistance. She said that in a few minutes she would help me since She was not helping anyone. Another customer walked in with her daugther and the sales person greeted and continued to help her. My wife got upset and we continued to wait. A fee minutes later two guys come in and the second lady went to the back and got another guy to come out and ask these two guys for assistance. What about me? Well, I continued to wait! Another guy came out dressed in white and asked customers for help. He walked by me a few times and ignored us as well. Wow, these people does not value my business. The two ladies stopped helping their customers to continue to watch these two guys that walked in. Very bad service!!!
