Disgusting experience. Ordered a kid's size sundae, and got a terribly cheap portion. Did not even equal a couple of tablespoons. In the past, I have ordered a plain kid's size at the So. Hadley store and been very pleased. This time, was take-out, and the lid on the cup was not even put on correctly. I did not wish for any whip cream or cherry, but instead of at least giving me a decent portion of the ice cream, I was stiffed all the more. Also those cheapies running this "chain store" had next to no air-conditioning in the place. Figure they are stinting on energy bills, so the ice cream melts faster, pushing the orders up. Couldn't even have a carry-out window service because of "too many bugs" Sounds out-dated to me. I;m sure not going back there in a hurry, if ever. What a trip...Shame on them. All they've got are teenagers as waitstaff. Let's get with the Program.
