Great place to live! Lots of friendly people in the neighborhood and the staff is very professional. Beautiful property with waterfalls and clean pools. It's expensive but it's worth it to have a garage and a safe place to live. Landon in the office helped me a lot and was quick responding to everything. Very dog friendly too which is a huge bonus. If you can afford it, live here!

Just moved in to a 3 BR apartment in this beautiful community. Our leasing agent, Steven Glynn, did an amazing job in making our transition go smoothly. His professionalism and patience in answering all of our questions was greatly appreciated. I had visited several complexes before deciding on Aspen Lakes and never encountered a leasing agent as courteous and professional as Steven. After being here only a week, I am very impressed, too, by the maintenance crew who have quickly taken care of the minor issues we discovered upon move-in. Looking forward to a wonderful stay here!

Good amount of space but YOU PAY FOR EVERY INCH and then some. Overpriced for what you get.



The leasing staff will tell you ANYTHING to get you to sign a lease then everything changes so GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Also, office/maintenance staff changes frequently.



(1) CHEAP appliances; (2) you pay for everything at higher prices (water, electric, gas) & nothing included in rent except for trash which you have to haul to central location; (3) exclusive to DirecTV & Spartan Net which both have their own issues; (4) you have to hound maintenance/staff to do their job & then they get an attitude; (5) maintenance has entered without permission no matter what you are doing (sleeping, shower, bathroom, etc.); (6) the amenties are not what the staff claim they are --washer/dryer included but cheap appliances; dog park gross & never cleaned; outside grills usually out of propane or don't work; clubhouse dirty 24/7; NOT a heated pool although they claim it to be; when the central dumpster gets backed up, the residents are threatened that unless properly used, a fee will be established; & that's just some of the amenities issues; (7) if you want to have a party @ clubhouse, it will cost you a rental fee & if someone else is having a private party ---you can't go in; (8) have to sign your lease 2 months early to get a minimal discount or your rent will be increased BIG TIME but they don't tell you YOU WILL PAY until YOU FIND a renter for your apt YOURSELF or they will find someone to rent your apt but they fill the empty ones first; and the list goes on.
