The salesman are extremely pushy when they come to visit your house They have the exact same selection as anyone else would because they all ordered them from the same manufacturer. They will quote you for an extremely high price and pretend to go call their manager and then offer you a price roughly 40% lower than that Once you sign your name and they agreed to a deal with you you will never talk to the same person ever again In fact they sent to different people out to measure and estimate the number and some amount of supplies then one day you get a phone call from some random person and they ask you would you like to set up installation and then the insulation for arrives and they are the wrong people I installed took over 16 weeks because they were on able to order the correct things and get the correct crew out to install my wIndow. They request that you be home when someone in stalls so I had to take the day off work in fact they came three times to install and I had to take three different days off work because of their mistakes. When you call them out on their mistakes they offer you $150 back I would never suggest to use this company ever
