been eating here for years. almost always amazing... everynow and then something is off. service is quick

The Good: The food is decent and the sushi is almost always fresh. Thai dishes are not so great so I would stick with the sushi



The reason for one star: Probably the worst service on the planet. Calling this place to place an order is a surreal experience. Keeping one on hold for lengthy periods of time is the norm. Sometimes you have to call back several times and then it is hit or miss on whether your order will ever come. Tonight was a new adventure where I was midway through my order when the phone just went silent. I guess the hostess just didn't want me to finish my order or I guess eat tonight.



The bottom line: Please sell your restaurant to someone who understands customer service. We have so few options in Emerald Hills there are times that we are forced to deal with your nonsense if we want something other than Pizza for delivery. This problem has been going on for about two years and it would be wonderful for our community if you no longer treated us like garbage.

It is delicious here, and very warm welcoming. Everything i have tried so far has been delicious and beautifully served.
