Horrible service...

for a simple oil change turns to a nightmare...

The jamaican guy drop oil on my fender had to clean myself, people there work drinking beer and smoking... on payment had to wait the guy to finish his cigarette and he charged $1 more cause I was paying by credit card...

I have been using Yelp for years, but never really took the time to actually write a review about a business. But the outstanding service I got at R & M One Stop Auto Repair left me no choice but to take the time to write this review.

My 2011 Mercedes Benz C300 needed to fix the front bumper.

After speaking with Mustafa ( who goes by Mo) and getting an estimate, I decided to schedule an appointment.

The main reason I'm writing this review not because Mustafa and his partner Ronald did a great job on what we agreed on, but because they really went out of there way to remove some scratches in multiple places as well. On top of it the car was clean and ready on time.

When I picked the car I was very please.

So thank you Mustafa and Ronald for doing an amazing job, on timely manner and for going the extra mile to please a customer.

You are a six star in my book * * * * * *
