The are the worst finance company ever. I had an account with them and they were always messing up with my payments. I would pay them on time and they would say that i paid late and charge me a $500 late fee and it would take months for them to respond. They say i owe them $3,500 in late fees and sent me to collections without even trying to contact me and their collections agency charge $600 more! I tried contacting the headquarters in GA and they sent me to their office in Hollywood, FL and they never answered my emails. All they do is charge you late fees for no reason so they could make their money like that and if you don't pay them , they send you to collections and charge you more money. I contacted my ins agent and Loyda from Pro Premiun and they never responded. They are thieves!!!!! You have been warned pls do not do business with these people. They have 0 professionalism . They take months to send you the first bill so they could charge you a late fee as well.
