We are now doing business as MircomES Florida (Mircom Engineered Systems Florida.) Typically, the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requires all permit applications for fire alarm systems new and retrofit to be provided by a UL, FM or ETL Certified company. In addition, the AHJ mandates in the Fire Code (NFPA 101) that qualified companies perform inspection, testing and maintenance services. A1 Fire & Security is a UL Certified Fire Protection Contractor and Service Company, with a large fleet of trucks and extensive experience in new and retrofit life safety system project applications.
