been here previously 2x, were good , today I signed in ,was behind a lady waiting , 2 guys came in over the next 15 minutes . were 4 workers , 2 got done they checked the sign in list , took the 2 guys that came in behind me. must be invisible. Got up check the list , look around no acknowledgment and walked out . I'll find another place to get a haircut

Myself and 3 son's waited 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged by any staff member. They were more concern with visiting with their friends from Subway next door and eating there lunch at 4:30pm. And to have them take another customer that arrived well after we did was the time for us to walk out. The place looks run down also and staff do not look very clean either look to be in yesterday's clothing. This place should not be in business as they havn't a clue as how to treat customers with the simple courtesy!!
