Mark M. at Rodenhiser responded quickly to our call for assistance with a kitchen sink and then proceeded to help with other projects we had set up with Rodenhiser. He was at all times professional, informative and thorough. It's so nice to have someone who cares about making sure you are completely satisfied with the work done. I would recommend Mark unconditionally knowing he will always do his best!

I'm sharing my complete disappointment in this company. Be careful working with the staff if you live in an older home like ours. Rodenhiser installed central a/c in our home 2 summers ago. The a/c system severely affected subsequent heating in our home. (ie no heat in the kitchen). They moved the thermostat, removed the 3 zone system, which caused a complete heating imbalance.They now think the ducting system is totally inadequate and want several thousand dollars more. No way and No mention of this at the time of the AC Sale. (9k). Buyer beware.

Daniel C. showed up right at the beginning of the appointment window to perform scheduled maintenance on our HVAC equipment. He was extremely professional and thorough in the service he performed on our boiler and related equipment. It was a real pleasure talking with him while he worked, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. This company has high standards because I have only had positive experiences with their employees, and Daniel was a reflection of that.

Mike, one of the tech's, came to the house to give us an estimate to fix the shower drain that leaked and damaged a ceiling. He found the source of the leak, fixed it, and we didn't need to open the ceiling in the room below to fix it! We are very happy with Mike's service. Thank you Rodenhiser.

On two visits Daniel has provided excellent customer service. He has taken the time to provide a detailed explanation of the situation and my options. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable.

Daniel C serviced our heating system for the yearly service. He was very thorough and provided information as he went along. Daniel was very courteous and a great listener to all our questions. He spent a lot of time with us and we would not hesitate to have him service us again as we need. Even though we have a very old furnace, he was very knowledgeable about it.

I had a leak, the source of which we couldn't find, which was preventing us from completing some work being done on the ceiling. I called Rodenhiser who sent Chuck over the first thing the next morning. He found the source quickly and fixed it and when I asked if he could resolve another plumbing issue, he handled that as well. Chuck was both friendly and professional, the charges were reasonable, and the overall experience with Rodenhiser excellent. I would certainly use them again.

Phil came to our house to do a comprehensive review of all things electrical. Our experience was excellent. He was thorough in his inspection, explained in layman's terms everything he felt needed to be addressed, prioritized what he felt needed to be done and detailed the costs of each of the services individually. I chose some of what he suggested but not others, and at no time felt that he was trying to "sell" anything to me. I would definitely call on Rodenhiser and Phil if I need the help of an electrician again.

These guys were fantastic. They were totally professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Ey had to resolve several unanticipated problems. And while the installation was scheduled for two-days, they were able to complete it in one day. I'm highly satisfied.

We were really happy with the work by Darin and Shawn. The were on time, kept the work area clean, and were very responsive to questions. The whole team seemed to be invested in getting the project done right.

Phil came to perform an electrical preventive maintenance inspection. He, and his helper Derek, explained what would be reviewed and set about their work. They spent about 90 minutes checking outlets, switches, GFI functions, replacing detector batteries, etc. They check the outside meter installation and panel. They even found that the bathroom exhaust vents were incorrect and misinstalled, something I had never noticed. They were shoe covers while in the house and worked efficiently. We went over a number of suggested updates and left me with a written estimate of all the work that could be done. He answered my questions and didn't try to close a deal. I've used Rodenhiser plumbing and heating for years. It's great to see that their new electrical service has the same high standards and professionalism. I'll definitely consider them future future electrical needs.

Andy Rodenhiser has provided a great service repairing HVAC systems and making sure you have reliable heat and cooling throughout the year. His employees are knowledgeable, courteous, very thorough and when the job is completed everything is left cleaner than when they began. The technician that serviced my 2 HVAC units was excellent. He waited until both units cycled properly and the temp diferential across the coils were at the proper amount. I will definitely request Daniel C to do my PM next year !!. Rick D. came to our house early in the morning after we had had a difficult day without air conditioning. He was very courteous, diagnosed the problem quickly, and clarified our repair options. He answered all our questions and then made the repairs. We're very happy with Rick's service and the support we get from everyone at Rodenhiser.

My experience with Rodenhiser has been exceptional. From Ryan B who came out and determined the most ideal system for us and gave several options with understandable quotes. Rick W and Peter G as well as their support staff who installed the system perfectly, cleaned up everywhere they worked and gave my wife and I a lesson on how the system worked etc. Thank you for everything.

Have been with Rodenhiser for 3 years (new furnace, heat pump, AC). Today Danny C, Service Tec, arrived on time for the annual AC service in new truck. Professional, knowledgeable and explained the status of all the major systems. He's welcome back any time!
