Attorney Puskar helped me with my unemployment. My employer appealed my rights to my claim which I had been collecting. I was fired from my position for leaving the office to seek medical attention. He represented me at the appeals hearing. My former employer brought her attorney to the hearing also. He did an excellent job and retained my compensation payments!!! Yes, he tells you like it is, he will not waste your time or take your money if he doesn't think you have a case. He's a decent, fair man. I don't know if you remember me or not but.....Thank you Attorney Puskar!!!

I called this Lawyer just to give info to see if i had a leg to stand on with a problem i had with my work .. 3 Laywer office's talked to me took the info i had down and they would see if i had anything when this Lawyer flat out said " He wasnt giving his time up for free " and said i would have to pay 100.00 just to talk to him .. Dont anyone just take a few mins out of there time to hear a problem and put aside trying to take money from someone anymore ? I would have had no problem paying if he would have taken the time to talk to me !!!
