Can't put a zero or I would. I was going out of town for a month and needed the lawn mowed in the middle. I called and setup a one time appt. it was confirmed via text msg. During the third week of the trip my niece drove by and then called to say nothing had been done. When I got back the next week the grass was knee high. I spent two days mowing the jungle. No call or text from ALTC.

If there was a zero rating, that's what I'd put. We hired Sean to trim four trees, and it took him a couple of weeks to come start the job. At one point he knocked his ladder over and our daughter had to get him out of the tree. Then he dropped the chainsaw and it broke, so he asked for his pay to get the saw fixed! We felt sorry for him, and gave the full $500 after he only did three trees. It took almost a month to get him back over, after numerous calls and delays and excuses. We offered him the job of cleaning up the back yard for additional money, which he said he needed. So he trimmed the 4th tree, asked for payment, and then couldn't do the yard that day. He never came back, never returned a call, nothing. Lesson learned: No pay until the job is done, and check references FIRST.

Guy did a good job on trees hanging over my roof. He also hauled off the wood. I will use them again if I need tree work done.

These folks were professional yet personable. They outbid everyone else I had called by around 50%. They got the job done in a short amount of time and cleaned everything up when they were done. Outstanding!
