I wish I can write 0 but you have to give one star this company is a complete joke I can't see them staying in business any longer

The services provided didn't work, I cancelled, they continued their service and demanded payment.



This company is embarrassing..I had their service for a year and they said my yard weeds would be eliminated. Throughout the spring and summer, the weeds continued to grow. Frustrated with their service, that winter I cancelled service via their mail process. I was then called later for additional services and I told them that I cancelled. I was put on hold and then the sales representative came back and told me it was confirmed and I was cancelled. However, they company continued their service and demanded payment for a service I cancelled. Now their demanding payment for services that were cancelled using their own process...like I said...embarrassing.



When a company puts a cancellation process in place and can't follow through with stopping service in a timely manner. That should not be taken out on the customer. That is the company's responsibility to handle when they're system is flawed.
