I have never been disappointed with the customer service and quality of this place! I have purchased two different gifts for my fiancé over the last two years from them and they always do such a good job of explaining things to me since I don’t know much about the equipment itself. They’ve always been willing to load the equipment up into my vehicle as well. They are in all around honest professional place.

Brought in my 088 Stihl chainsaw with a blown motor. 1 day later they had it fixed. Great service, cut down a big old beech tree with it today. Service had improved 10 fold since my disparaging review 2 years ago. There is hope for us all.

These guys will tell you anything to get your money. Don't be fooled! They are inexperienced and honestly don't care about the customers. I say this because its not just me that has had experiences with them. My coworker had a very similar experience and recommended I go to A-1 used mowers instead. I was glad he did!

Bought a brand new mower from this place and it was a nightmare. They couldn't even deliver it in good condition. Damaged, broken parts that a blind man could have picked out. Got the run around trying to get my money back! Called their store and after being on hold for 5 minutes the owner got on the line and she told me that she doesn't deal with customer's problems. Nice way to treat your customers!!! I would highly recommend buying elsewhere if you want good customer service and quality! My worse experience ever buying consumer goods!!

Went in to purchase spare parts for my mower and 4 employees were working in the store. I waited in line for 1 hr. When I arrived there were 2 people in front of me waiting, when I left there were still 2 people were in front of me waiting. The service here is too inefficient for me to waste my time with this place.

Bought a brand new Ariens compact snow blower ST24LE, 8 months ago. used it two times in feb,noticed it had a surging problem, and figured I could bring it back later and have WESTENBROEK fix it since its under warranty for three years. Thats is why I wanted to buy it from a local dealer,vs saving $50 and having a internet company drop it off.Immediately was told that the carb only has a 30 day warranty and to call Ariens. No attempt by westenbroek to CALL FOR THE CUSTOMERS SAKE! Ariens rep hunted down the info and said no,its a three year warranty on the motor per manufacturer LCT. wont be buying anything again from this company and Ariens did a good job hooking me up with another dealer,and said to call if they have any problem fixing it. pretty sad,THIS dealer did not even care to call and verify the warranty.
