I go to Northgate because they always have what I want! Steve was the service man to install my new range hood and he did a perfect job! Northgate scheduled my install at the time of purchase, called the morning of the install and the job was completed quickly and carefully!

I bought a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave from these guys in 1995. From 95 to today this is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

This was a terrible expersince. After purchase customer service was nonexistent with our problem and repair service was awful. Please do not go here because you will be cheated and get no help at all.

My husband and I recently purchased a refrigerator and it was a good experience. They had a nice showroom, the sales person was knowledgeable and the delivery crew was very professional.

At Northgate I found the exact...

At Northgate I found the exact dishwasher I was looking for. Their staff made it so easy for me by being able to answer all of my questions and to set up delivery. It was overall a great experience working with them.

I really appreciate the loaner...

I really appreciate the loaner refrigerator you gave me. It would have been a long three week living out of coolers in the garage. Our new refrigerator is great! thanks for all of the help!
