I purchased a Mechanical Transplanter CT-4 Christmas Tree Planter roughly a month ago and feel I've been let down on every level by Elite Metal. The product arrived un-assembled and with no instructions. The only instruction provided was a blow up parts diagram for a different model planter. Outside of that, once it was all put together we couldn't get the wheels to stay down while the plow was in the ground unless we added 150lb + of weight to the rear where the bucket holder is. The actual tree planters worked about 50% of the time, sometimes not releasing the Christmas trees and getting hung up in the gears.

Further after reaching out to Elite Metal regarding my experience I haven't heard back from them and its been over a month. I was really looking forward to using this machine, however overall I feel like I was let down on every level including quality, performance, and customer service. I cannot recommend this product.

I have ordered a few things. Every time I I have ordered something communication on ship date and product was outstanding. Hands down the best company to do business with, they will have all my business in the future for purchases.
