Never get anything installed at Best Buy! Took my car in to get new speakers, asked the installer what kind of speakers I needed. Of course he told me and replied they would be able to install the speakers in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. After waiting for 3 hours and the installers charging me extra money for 4 different items equaling an extra $48 above the $84 dollars I was quoted , my roommate took the car home. Asked her how they sounded and she said they needed to be adjusted she thought as they didn't sound good. I checked the speakers out, they weren't even working, obviously the installers either knew this or didn't check their work. Tried calling them and was left on hold 2 times for over 5 minutes, once I finally reached someone, they told me to bring it in the next day at 3 and they would look at it. Well they never put it on the books and we waited another 2 1/2 hours and it still doesn't work not to mention we have grease on our white leather seats and roof!
