Wayne will be at your house in minutes to pick up a check or a contract, but when the quality of his work looks like a DIY project gone bad, you will never hear from him again. We contracted him to build a retaining wall and a concrete pool deck. The concrete pool coping which is not even a week old is crumbling into the pool. The pool rails were set in concrete crooked and so far back that you cannot exit the pool from the ladder without scraping your shins. There are pieces of rebar STICKING OUT of the concrete. The trim edge is so sharp, it popped a pool toy! He DOES NOT stand by his work, his quality is sub par by ANY standards. Never bothered to seal the concrete at all. His crew got confused and added the wrong color in two spots ... yeah, so we have 2 HUGE splotches. He should not only be ashamed, but embarrassed to have his company name and family name associated with such poor quality work.
