Tender Care is the worst. They have repeatedly lost items. Most recently they lost a pair of my suit pants. They have made almost no attempt to locate my pants and have not offered to compensate me for them. To add insult to injury, when I informed them that the pants had been lost they realized they had not billed me for them (because they are lost, obviously) and charged my card!
