Mr. Sealy responded the same day for my septic tank problem even though it made his day extra long. He was very careful not to damage my lawn. He was courteous and respectful while carrying on a pleasant conversation while doing an unpleasant job. If I have to do this again, he'll be my first call.

So rude! Asked about renting a porta potty for our foundation inspection on a house that we are building in Hampshire and he refused to do any business with us because we were in Maury County! He said "I'm gonna let Maury County do their thing and Lewis County will do theirs". I even offered to pick it up myself....so sad that a business owner would treat someone that way.
