Buyer Beware !!! They were very nice when selling you the car, but then the nightmare begins. The dealer as well as Nissan USA come up with every excuse for not covering work that should be covered under warranty. They blame the customer even though it was a new car and the problem started immediately after purchase. Our extended family has owned many Nissan vehicles over the years but we will never again step foot in this dealer or any Nissan showroom. DON'T BUY THESE CARS - YOU WILL REGRET IT

I love this dealership! I bought a brand new Nissan just this past January and I'm loving my car! The sales person was very nice and his manager, Mark W.helped us finish our deal. We found the right car and payments aren't bad at all. If recommend my friends in a heartbeat.

This is the worst car buying experience I ever had. After they sell you the car, you will never get any service...and if they promise you an after market item to be available within a week..make that the deal breaker and ran out of that dealership as fast as you can because you end up having to beg for it 2 1/2 months later..like my experience. If you are considering this dealership..go to someone else..they don't deserve any business. I'm not even going back there for service..

I got a car back in May 5th and after nearly 2 months there is no indication of any paper work for the title sent to the Secretary of State from WoodField Nissan. They said that it is illegal to sell a car without the title ( especially that I paid cash in full ). State Police wants me to file a claim which I am doing right now with all the paperwork.. What WoodField Nissan did is so unprofessional and you will find this review at every possible website about Woodfield Nissan Dealer.



The car was told to be a one-owner car which turned out to have 2 previous owners.

They sold the car without the floor-mats, Their so-called 100 point inspection couldn't find that the car is missing oil. Even though there is no oil leak, the lamp came up the next day saying that the oil level is very low. Two of the tires were losing air slowly which I had to have it fixed.. The traction control does not work and lamp keeps coming up.



Even though I was not financing, the purchase at the Finance Manager Dennis Reilly's office took 2 hours.



After two months and many unanswered phone calls to Peggy ( Title Person ) I am finally told that it may take another 3-4 weeks which no one guarantees.

This is a terrible dealership, and yes their tactics are way below slimy car dealer standards. Plus, their service department is way way over priced. I did end up buying an 06 xterra after much to do, but this will probably be my last nissan because this place leaves a foul taste in my mouth. Oh, I called on the 4th to inquire about a deal they were offering in the paper. I just wanted a quick, what cars does this cover answer since it wasnt listed in the paper. The sales guy hung up on me. called back 3 times nobody would take my call and nobody knew what was going on. terrible.
