Called to ask about blade sharpening and what the turn around time would be. They could not tell me even a round about timeframe and I jokingly said I don't want to be without my blades for 3 weeks or anything like that. A guy jumps in on the line, cuts off the lady talking and tells me how "he does not think I am funny" with a real crappy attitude and says he will call when they are done. You won't be calling me at all since I won't ever be walking into your store.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH HOCKESSIN GRAVELY.....their business model is to take advantage of customers who have no choice but to accept their advice when their tractor won't start and their grass is getting too long. They will absolutely gouge you on service. I have less than 300 hours on my 36" walk-behind and have spent more on service than I did for the machine....nice racket if you can get away with it!
