My first and last time shopping at Concord Pets. BEWARE and STAY AWAY!!! Even spoke with their "corporate office" to request an override of their archaic no refund policy (of which I was unaware as I had never shopped there before). I was denied a refund for a unused, unopened, brand new item with original sales receipt. Unbelievable!!! Moreover, it was obvious the corporate representative COULD authorize a refund but refused to do so. Why? He refused to give any explanation other than "that's our policy" - the absolute worst words a company could ever use in trying to resolve a customer issue. Re-think your "policies" Concord Pets - a refund for an unopened item with original receipt should NEVER be denied.

This store has a very large stock of pet supplies. They have items for almost any type of pet, ranging from guinea pigs to big dogs.
