The agents try and write into the contract your personal property. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL avoid and choose another branch that has ethics. When complaint made to office manager it was basically brushed off in a polite manner and I was accused of threatening them. Really take my advice and do not utilize their services there are more companies out there that can provide ethical services
