The shift lead was rude and talking over us as we ordered from the window which caused her to hear part of our order wrong. When we went back to correct it we were not helped. Then when i called not knowing she was the shift leader she basically said I was lying that we did indeed order a side vs us changing a side to an existing meal BUT the reason she believed she was right was cause she didn't hear him from repeating "and what else and what else" as we were ordering. Customer is always right especially when THEY ARE RIGHT.
