So glad that tranquil escape works by appt. only. I know when I go for my appt. that there won't be many people there and I get personal attention. It's quiet and relaxing and Robin is very attentive and sweet to her clients.

My husband bought me a spa package that included a haircut, pedicure, massage and facial. The place had kids running up and down the hallway. Just what you want for a relaxing day at the spa. I have never seen such an unprofessional environment. Including the male massage therapist asking if I wanted my 'pects" done. Ew! I left before the pedicure and I will never go back.
