I had my family reunion there recently. The food was always hot and fresh. They have the best salad bar around. The service is great. I had a bottomless drink and it was never empty. I look forward to going back.

The new manager at the Hixson Pike Ryan's is rude and not proffessional. If the floor is backed up, he will gladly pull servers off the floor and cashiers off the register, just so he doesn't have to do his job. He will publicaly humiliate you in front of the restaurant, as he did my family after he stalked me in the restaurant. They fired the real manager TARA, because Kally this young know it all is pushing coke products on the un suspecting consumers, that's right they do not want us to drink water in their establishment. Tara would not fire a cashier for allowing water to be served, so Kally fired her after 24 years of service. As for me and my house we will not go back to Ryans and I am telling the world about my experience!!!!
