Have lived here since 2008; Park has gone through many owners and and management, new owner is over comping for some reason;had a black neighbor of mine, who had payed off her home and had wanted the title to her residence,given allot of trouble by the owner at the time. and her lot rate went up. It got so bad for her that she ended up moving her trailer out of the park just to get away. We have had threats from the new owner about dog droppings in our lawn, so they were cleaned up and still we have other residents dogs leaving droppings and we had a threat of eviction if we didn't take care of that to;no one is allowed to have any signs in there lawn,we had an EPB sign kicked down, people have been asked to remove crosses from there lawn because of family deaths; we were told we are not allowed to have signs or other things in our lawns because it belonged to the owner of the property,and that was not us!! I also see no other black families;except for Vic and his mom.
