Beware of these people!. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, so to speak. I called for an estimate to have gas lines run for a new range. I was told so much per foot, so much for installing T's, and a $125 charge for connection of gas line to appliance. No mention of any other charges, specifically a "service fee". When the job was completed, I told the technician I would rather just connect the lines myself and save the connection charge. "No problem", he said. "I'll remove the charge from the invoice". I paid the balance on the spot. Next day the store owner calls me wanting to know why the tech had removed the "service fee" of $125. I explained that the fee as described and put in writing on the invoice was for line connection. She proceeded to argue saying the fee was for "just coming out there" and the tech had no authority to remove it. A day or two later I get a "cute" invoice in the mail with a note insinuating that I'm a bad person. I have since paid the ridiculous fee and would have initially if the owner had the communication skills to explain everything and the management skills to train her employees. So beware! The techs were great but the owner is an idiot.
