Once they were good, but Scott left. They repaired a water leak in a cracked thermostat housing with silicone sealer. Gave it an hour to cure and were confused when it didn't work. I said that was unacceptable work and the "manager" said the part cost $70 and took 2 days to get. I went to Pep Boys and bought one for $14 and returned in under 15 minutes. Buyer Beware. Go elsewhere.

I went to Express Oil Change near Northgate Mall because previously in the week my check engine light came on. It was off at the time, but I had a generic diagnostic reading from Advance Auto Parts so I showed the guy who greeted me that paper. He said that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced (which was right), but told me that they could not run diagnostics with the check engine light off and that when they did it would cost me $50. He also said that a converter replacement would run me about $600. Basically I'm assuming that this is what their chain business charges or someone just saw that I was a younger female and decided to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Within the next few days I went to a car shop in Rossville, GA called ABS Automotive. The gentleman who greeted me simply turned on the car and told me that the problem was the converter then ran the diagnostics with the check engine light off and for free which confirmed the problem. He quoted me a price of $200 for the replacement.
