Worst practice I've ever had misfortune of going to. If you take any controls you have to face more then $900 per month, every month, for urine testing. He sends out the labs for assay and a lot of insurances will not pay that. It's overboard and unnecessary when a simple $15 check will do. Is he getting a kick back from the lab? Chrystal is very unpleasant and picks her patients to hate. Very unprofessional office and being on medicare with very good coverage I could afford to go to Dr Weaver but he would wipe out my lifetime limits on my policy in two years. Find another doctor.
