I went there in pain with my tooth and they told me their 1st priority is to get me out of my pain then concentrate on the cause and problem! They told me it was in deed abscessed and in need of a root canal and crown but I needed to get rid of the infection and my pain. They are very professional and great at what they did with great consideration for the patients need!! Aspen dental however did nothing to help me get out of my pain and told me it wasn’t abscessed and when I asked what I’m suppose to do they told me to go to Walmart and get a tooth repair kit also they said they couldn’t anything without doing a cleaning first that they never did a root canal without doing a cleaning first!!! I spent 2 1/2 hours there for nothing but X-rays and telling me what they won’t do !!!! They told all this stuff I needed done but did nothing for me and what I needed at the time!?! Then wanting me finance over $6,000 which wasn’t all they wanted me to have done??? That was just for cleaning, root canal and crown plus 2 other crowns!!!!! At Castle Dental they told that yes I needed a root canal and crown on the tooth that was hurting me so bad but they gave me medicine for pain and antibiotics first! Then said I didn’t need 2 other crowns, only fillings, so they were going to have me get and pay for something that wasn’t needed!!!! Castle Dental did the X-ray and in detail showed me how far away the nerve was from the fillings that were needed!!!! He even told me that a first year dentist could tell that the tooth was abscessed and needed antibiotics!!!! I will NEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL AGAIN!!!! THANK YOU CASTLE DENTAL FOR YOIR HELP WITH MY PAIN AND HONESTY AS WELL AS PRICE!!!!!!!

They advertise for emergency services so my dad went to get a tooth pulled. Once the exam was over the dentist said he didn’t have a infection so now he has to make an appointment to get the tooth pulled. My dad was charged for the office visit which was $29 then given a quote for almost $400 to have a wisdom tooth removed. He only went there because Ace Dental was closed. He went to ace where he paid less than $300 for the office visit + wisdom tooth removal. Don’t fall for their ads to get you to come in.
