EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I've called the store and an associate (Vanessa in this case) helped run down the latest Percy Jackson books. Vanessa also pulled several books of the shelf for my son to choose from when we came in to pick the books up. I'm making such a big deal about this because I'd left this task to the last minute and needed all the help I could get.

Terrible service this am. Book requested was not found on shelf even though was found on computer. No offer to order suggested I go to used book store in Red Bank. Found at B&N Hamilton Place where I will go I future.
