I will never come back even though I love the shoes. I walked in and the first girl to greet me said, "hi welcome, we close in 5 minutes". Which was fine, I personally would never say that to my customers but you can run your business however you see fit. As I'm shopping this girl yells down the aisle at me, "we close in one minute!" If I hadn't needed shoes that night I would have left right then and not bought anything. As I am checking out this older couple pulls up and starts walking towards the door, it's about 6:58, once again the girl yells at them, "we're closed I'm sorry!" The girl ringing me up said, " you're going to get a complaint " to which she said, " I don't care I want to get out of here! " and they both just laughed. I was furious at this point and decided to keep my mouth shut because if I had said anything it wouldn't have been appropriate. Is this how you run your business? Kicking out paying customers so you can get off right at 7 on the dot? I've worked retail for 5 years and I have never once been treated or treated my customers that way. That's just bad business period. Anyone could tell you that.

Went in looking to buy prom shoes. When I walked in two ladies were standing at the counter. They didn't greet me, but they did dead stare at me for a good thirty seconds. I awkwardly chuckled and told them I was looking for prom shoes. One kind of huffed in response. I felt awkward so I went to look for my size. They gave me no direction, and began talking to each other and moving around the store while I looked. I was the only customer in the store and they never said one word to me in the 15 minutes I was in there. Guess I know why the store is always empty!

I use to go in there alot and loved shopping there but one day I overheard an employee mentioning that she puts the shoes on ebay and sells them. The same girl used VERY inappropriate language and she used sexually comments ALOT! Not very professional! Never going back there again, they lost a very good customer due to this employee!
