The company puts customer service first from the sales rep who came out to evaluate our needs and presented us with a number of options that fit our budget to the superb technicians that patiently worked on installing the new door and dealing with some issues left over from a previous company who had installed a new garage door opener a few years ago. They were all very polite, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I would recommend Access Door in every way.

After dealing with a new start up company for over a week to have bottom seals put on two garage doors with them not keeping appointments and no phone calls I contacted Access on a Tuesday the owner came out and looked at the doors gave me a fair price and said they would try and work me on Wednesday afternoon but if not they would get me Thursday. Received a call Wed, afternoon that they were still out in the field and would be there Thursday morning. Received a call about 8:45 Thursday morning from the installer that he would be there in about 10 minuets. A short time later the two seals were installed by a young polite man that knew what he was doing unlike the first company that I made the mistake of dealing with. I would recommend Access Door because they know what they are doing and they are there when they say they will be.

We called to get service on our garage door opener and they were very helpful. Quick response, friendly on the phone and followed up as they said they would. Todd was the service technician that came to our house. He was very polite, solved our issue quickly and checked to make sure everything else was working properly. All on my contact with them reflected a wonderful attitude to take car of us!!

I called Access to come fix my parents garage door. The service man was very friendly and fixed every problem that was wrong with their door and operator. My wife and I purchased a pair of steel back carriage doors a few months ago to replace our old wooden doors, and what a difference it has made. The new Liftmaster belt openers they installed with them are so much quieter than what we had before. I was impressed by the staff and installation crew, all of them were very knowledgeable, professional and took care of us quickly. We couldn't recommend them more.
