Just very curious as to why all of the reviews are on the same day. I have been waiting for a precription to be called into my pharmacist for 2 days. Tried to call the office and was told by their answering service that they are at lunch and will not be back until 1:30pm.. It was only 11:52pm. How long of a lunch that they need? In the process of looking for another family doctor.

Dr. Breckwold has been treating me for over 15 years. I have experienced many medical woes during this period and can thank Dr. Breckwold for only the best of medical attention with proper diagnosis and effective referrals. He is excellent at practicing medicine and I trust him with my well-being and livelihood. His 1st line Nurse is also someone that I trust and depend upon. Unfortunately, his administrative staff leave a lot to be desired. Once I requested the good doctor to refer me to a different specialist becuase I did not like the staff of the surgeon that had referred, Dr. Breckwold responded by asking me "Do you want the staff or the surgeon to perform the procedure?" Since then, those words cross my mind everytime I feel slighted by a member of Dr. Breckwold's staff. BTW, thank God the surgeon with the crappy staff was who performed several procedures, as there were complications during the procredures that if performed by any other surgeon, I might not be doing so great!

I really like Dr. Breckwoldt and am grateful for the care he's provided me over the last decade. Thus, I feel it's a real shame to have to change my primary care physician, but I refuse to be treated like a disinterested third party by his staff any longer. Contrary to my request and the good doctor's instruction, the staff flatly refuses to mail my lab results to me, unless they come back as abnormal. They'll be glad to give me copies if I'm willing to drive the forty minutes to the office, but they refuse to spend five minutes and fifty cents to send me information about my own health! Although I've enjoyed the care he's provided, his staff have evidently forgotten who works for whom, if they ever knew in the first place.

I have been a patient and a friend of Dr. Breckwold for many years. I think enough of him that I have recommend him to my extended family and friends. He is highly competent. Unlike others with his skill set, he is not alouf. He instead is a "Regular guy". Has a good sense of humor yet is always professional. He would be 10 stars if they rated that high.

You don't usually wait very long and everyone is very friendly. Dr Breckwoldt has substantial experience.

Dr. is GREAT!!! I have been going to him for about 15 years and can even call in an emergency situation - remembers me every time without having to go through the whole background over and over again at each visit.
