My daughter was married at this beautiful venue last Saturday. After visiting during wedding rehearsal I realized how beautiful the place was. The reception area was huge and was very upscale and elegant. The ballroom was large and held 200 for her event and had several door entrances from the outside. The food serving area was in a convenient location just outside of the ballroom. The wedding planning staff was incredible. They worked extremely hard at making my daughter's big day a super success. The wedding planning staff were extremely organized and detailed. They covered EVERY detail of the wedding and executed it perfectly!
The actual wedding area was beyond gorgeous. From flowing fountains to beautiful gardens to an immaculate landscape, drapery and flowers; the outside grounds was spectacular.
I highly recommend this venue to any couple getting married in the west Georgia area. They are worth EVERY penny!

I absolutely would highly, highly recommend having your wedding here... The customer service was the very best, what true southern charm should be all about. I am from Chiago, and they made every step along the way easy and relaxing. We corresponded via email up until 2 months before my wedding and at first I was nervous about all of the details being taken care of and any details that I was not aware of, but my personal consultant guided me along the way; always ensuring that we had everything taken care of. There were a lot of details to tend to, and there were a few bumps along the way, but we all worked through them nicely. Every issue that Michael and I had about pricing and "the extras" were taken care of in an understanding manner with mutual respect. Michael and I would highly recommend this venue for anyone who is looking for that top-notch customer service, if customer loyalty could be used again and again, I would do it all over again at Che'ne Rouge. :)

My husband and I were married at Chene in September 2010. The packages are misleading as we were told flowers were included, and the only flowers that were included were bride/groom and wedding party (total of 8 total counting bride and groom). The bar were were definitely overcharged on and when we called to inquire about the overcharge we were told someone would call back and no one ever did. To be fair, the wedding was very nice and ultimately no matter what we are married now and are very happy but it was disappointing to be over charged for something we already paid over $12,000 for then to charge more for flowers and bar it seemed a little overkill. We wouldn't recommend this location if you want to have an open bar, it will KILL your budget. Again, food was pretty good, kinda dry but overall for buffett good, people were nice but I feel we were overcharged and once it was over, there was a lack of customer service.

This place needs to improve their customer service. It's misleading in numerous ways and I wish I either went somewhere else or got a downgraded package. The centerpieces aren't included in all the packages, when the FAQ section says they are included. Tiny bits of information that would of been helpful when I signed the contract. I think they should consider giving the bride more time before the wedding to satisfy picture taking and getting dressed. I didn't even get a picture with my mother alone. Alot of my family were dissatisfied with the amount of rudeness from the servers and event planner.
