I am and my wife go there regularly we found this place to be a great place to enjoy a movie we usually catch matinees had never have a problem sometime we get surprised with rewards from the membership card that we own and it really pays off.... Also they just added a lot of extra stuff to their menu other than popcorn like chicken nuggets hot dogs and certain other items... recommend you should try and even the regular pricing tickets are cheaper than any other movies in this area or any other for that matter

We experienced the same thing left waiting outside. There is another set of doors in between the outside and the lobby, They could let people in to get in the rope line.

We went back last Sat, first since Carmike, They took away popcorn seasoning-charge for then now and no re-fills on the large popcorn. When told this we turned aroung and drove to NGC where all these benefits still exist..

I like this theater, but heaven forbid you try and catch an early show on Sunday. I showed up at 11:30 on Sunday to catch a 11:55 movie and they were closed. The lady outside said they open 11:30-11:45 depending on the first showing. This is not good business. Who shows up only 10 minutes prior to the movie starting? There were at least 20 people standing outside in 20 degrees weather extremely annoyed. First umpressions are key, they need to set a specific time to open, maybe 11:30. They need to care about making the paying customers happy.

I recomend this theater, it is well-maintined and the staff are very helpful, not to mention the easy-access seats, and the snacks (above all) are the best!
